The data is already there, right ? Collected and updated real-time to feed the boards and TV updates in the village ? Why not feed that data to a server running an iPhone app....imagine...you ski along and feel a bzzz vibration in your pocket....it's the live piste status telling that the Fluhalp is open ! Yaay time for lunch and some rock'n roll.......Similarly, all those people getting up in their rented apartments....get the piste status with their breakfast.....

Just a suggestion....I'm sure there must be someone connected to this forum who could do it....
